Service providers
Your information is processed on my behalf by Cal.com, Google (Workspace, Analytics, Fonts), Microsoft (Clarity) and Vercel (hosting). It may be stored outside Quebec, including in the United States. I do not sell it or share it with anyone else, unless required by law.
Retention
I keep your information for at most 2 years after our last exchange if there is no engagement, and 6 years for documents required by tax law. Audience measurement data is kept for at most 14 months. It is then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@magloff.com. I reply within 30 days. You can also contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Any change to this policy is published on this page, with its date.
